As a manufacturer committed to healthy eating and healthier lifestyles, we have reformatted our flapjack recipes and use only non hydrogenated vegetable fat and oils thus ensuring that our flapjacks are now a source of fibre, low in salt and made with non hydrogenated fats. Our packaging clearly shows all these benefits to the consumer buying a Quorndon Flapjack.

Every flapjack is handmade using sugar syrup; finings are sieved out of the oats to a specific tolerance so that a traditional taste and appearance is achieved. Each product is wrapped in a high quality printed film to ensure the flavour and appearance is retained throughout the 26-week shelf life.
